Mid-States Tool & Machine, a family-owned business, builds molds for the rubber and plastics industries. Because the staff excels at manufacturing close tolerance, intricate tooling, cavity tolerances can be held to +/-.0001” if needed. By designing “flashless” molds (meaning that there is little or no trimming needed after the parts are removed from the mold), Mid-States’ customers save both time and material when making molded parts.
