Subscribers are able to view full account details online and send a whole range of SMS types from simple text messages to ones that configure phones. The 2-Way SMS facility means that requests for services or events can be embedded within the SMS message that the user sends. These messages are then directed to the AirFusiontm servers where incoming messages are passed and issued to the merchant or handled directly. Subscribing businesses are easily able to interface with the service using HTTP GET requests or email. To develop advanced campaigns, the AirFusiontm platform enables the monitoring of customers’ transactions and their profiles and detects when to send SMS based on a rules engine. The AirFusiontm advanced message builder is available to enable businesses to generate personalised messages. Working in conjunction with SMS facilities, AirFusiontm also offers a wide range of applications which include an mWallet and mCommerce engine, contacts, calendar, gift shopping, email, news and sport and WAP Bookmar
