Wayne Messick has spent his entire career researching family-owned businesses. Switching from co-author to publisher, we have recently published a landmark book for businesses based on over 2 dozen exclusive interviews with business owners who are taking advantage of strategies previously available only to large public corporations. Previously I co-authored; The Family Business PlanMaker 1989, and Passing Down the Farm, the OTHER Farm Crisis, 1986.

During the last three years I have written numerous articles that were published in our newsletter (it's good to be the boss)and which were published on several trade assocation web sites and journals as well as syndicated by ScreamingMedia.com across their network of publications. Before we owned our own newsletter I co-authored over 75 articles on management and ownership transition in publications such as; Automotive Glass Magazine, Successful Farming Magazine, OFP Journal, Ohio Grocers Association, Ohio Farm Bureau Journal, etc.
