A Transaction Agent is a facility within BizWiz EZ Commerce that makes a transaction between two companies possible. The transaction can be the purchase of a product or service, or the ability to promote, or communicate. There are 42 Content Services and Transaction Agents included with each BizWiz EZ Commerce web site.
In the menu column on the left, for every RED tab like 
, there is a reciprocal GREEN tab

Simply stated, the RED tabs are for RETRIEVAL and the GREEN tabs are for you to ENTER DATA or ACTIVATE a service.
You can get to the GREEN tabs to activate services by clicking the GREEN tab EZ HELP DESK. 
To use the BizWiz EZ Commerce service you need to remember that the RED tabs
are available to the public, and that GREEN tabs can only be accessed by
you. Each RED tab has a reciprocal GREEN tab for data entry by you. In
order to get to the GREEN tabs, scroll to the bottom of the RED tabs and
click the GREEN tab that says "EZ HELP DESK". When prompted enter
USER NAME
PASSWORD
The next screen will be your BizWiz EZ Commerce Manager.
