BANK SUMMARY STATEMENT

Our Bank has established the following
policies and procedures for credit analysis of merchant applications.
To be considered for acceptance each potential merchant must complete
and properly sign a merchant processing agreement, which is included
in our merchant bank card application. Each application is then
verified with the references and information provided on the merchant
bank card application. Email us with your needs and your telephone number. We will call you. BANK_SERVICES@clickit.com

A merchant application will be accepted if the merchant
- does not match any previously terminated VISA/Mastercard merchants
(see (1) Combined Terminated Merchant File).
- is not considered
non-qualified. (see (2) non-qualified merchant list).
- The personal guarantor's credit report does not contain any excessively
derogatory comments (see (3) credit Report Guidelines).
- All
paperwork is completed and signed appropriately, and all required
documentation is filled out and attached with application, and
required verification is completed.
- Verification of business type is supplemented by contacting references.
