We have 12 computers and one server all in the network. The Computer configurations are of P-III 650 MHz, 128 mb ram, 4 GB of free disk space and soundblaster compatible sound card with MIDI port (15-pin MIDI/Joystick port). All the computers are based on Windows NT/Win 98. We have 12hr. UPS backup for all the computers.

Presently we are doing about 2000 lines per day (Transcription + Proofreading). We have the capacity to take up another 3000 lines per day.

We are waiting for a good contract to come our way so that we can increase our infrastructure and productivity. Since we are into live production, we do have all the necessary softwares and reference materials for transcription.
