| Company Internet Objectives: | The internet is really a gateway to capital. We see it as a way to get exposure rapidly and efficiently to sources of capital that we would not otherwise be able to contact. We have tried, without success, to contact the Venture Capital community via lists that we have purchased off the net. And the objection has been that they do not want to fund another fund. But our business plan is strong. We have a coherent and systematic game plan in place to gather assets under management. Last February we signed a contract with a private European capital source that wishes to invest $100 million with us based on the Royal Bank of Canada protected fund product. We are awaiting the sale of his gold resources to cash for the ultimate funding of his commitment. We expect that this could happen around June. That lead came from reading our plans on the net.
