Commercial Litigation

• Successfully litigated against Valley Electric for fair compensation under eminent domain; award of attorney's fees was affirmed by the Nevada Supreme Court. 121 Nev. 7; 106 P.3d 1198 (Nev. S. Ct. 2005).
• Filed amicus brief in the landmark case of Pearson v. Shalala. The failure of the FDA to give some content to the phrase "significant scientific agreement" standard for health claims of nutritional supplements violated Appellants' First and Fifth Amendment rights. Pearson v. Shalala, 164 F.3d 650 (DC Cir. 1999)
• Tried a toxic mold case with a single weekend of preparation after lead counsel became ill.
• Tried a defamation case involving improperly recorded zoning regulations. Pahrump, NV.
  
• Litigated a defamation case involving a well-known Plaintiff's attorney and Nye County television personality. Pahrump, NV.
• Successfully argued a Motion to Dismiss a defamation case involving allegedly defamatory Internet postings. Los Angeles, CA.

Domestic Litigation

Federal Criminal Defense

• 16 counts of FDCA and trademark violations, acquitted, prepared during a single month after plea negotiations by local counsel were unsatisfactory. Albuquerque, NM

• Numerous acquittals of criminal charges including murder. Atlanta, GA
