- Successfully litigated against Valley Electric for fair compensation under eminent domain; award of attorney's fees was affirmed by the Nevada Supreme Court. 121 Nev. 7; 106 P.3d 1198 (Nev. S. Ct. 2005).
- Filed amicus brief in the landmark case of Pearson v. Shalala. The failure of the FDA to give some content to the phrase "significant scientific agreement" standard for health claims of nutritional supplements violated Appellants' First and Fifth Amendment rights. - Tried a toxic mold case with a single weekend of preparation after lead counsel became ill.
