DESCRIPTION
The Site is situated along the major dualised, tarred and well maintained State road linking Abeokuta and Ibadan (the largest city in West Africa). This Quarry is part of the 70.000 HECTERS as shown on the Survey plan,(approx 47.413 hecters) we have on offer. Some of this land is very much a natural rainforest, while some is cleared, benched, or producing plantations of introduced coconut trees, bamboo (for use both in culinary and timber pursuits).

The property also has approx 6500 young trees of African mahogany, Maple, Black Bean and Silky Oak.
