We review purchase orders and perform a product inspection with support documentation prior to shipping. We also clear payment for product purchases via credit card to ensure your payment. Buyers will find your current inventory and they can buy the components individually or by auction to obtain delivery of the needed products. As a member, you can also buy components and send out requisitions for supplier bidding. An important feature to you is that your company name remains anonymous to those searching the site. In addition, OEM Companies who list products on this site will receive only one request for quotation per line item from JIT Electronics so you are not hampered with numerous and anoying phone calls. This allows you to focus on your job at hand. To get into the beta test site, go to http://www.oemex.com/oemindex.html/ and click on Become a Member. After this beta test, the future domain name of the site is www.oemex.com. Currently, the Requisition Feature and the PALS feature are being enhanced and will soon be released. The web site system has an Exclusive Viewing Share Feature called PALS (Partners and Logistics Suppliers). This system integrates your currently un-linked multiple divisions and any suppliers inventory database into one database. With this service as a parent user, you receive your own OEM-Ex web site with your company name on the pages. This system is an exclusive viewing system and allows for free transferring of inventory between your affiliated member’s products. The PALS share feature supports your specific product and does not limit you to electronic components. All your associated members list their product so you have a one stop search for their finished goods or components. Imagine, entering the PALS system to exclusively search only once for all of your supplying manufacturer partners, your franchise distributors and/or contract manufacturers. A My Monitor feature allows you continually search a stationary list of components that you are always sourcing so you can be the first to receive the information on newly listed components. A Requisition Feature is a sourcing assistant that allows you to display at no cost your immediate material needs and receive bids from supplier members. An auction feature allows you to sell off inventory at the best market price for your components. You can list at auction one item individually or many items by lot. |
