What is the Q-Biz Program?

Q-Biz is a service of Access Business Online offering Quality Business Products and Services at a Discount. This area of Access Business Online will present high value products and service to be sold at a discount. Users are able to order directly from our page. If your company has products to sell and would like to be showcased here, please complete the Authorized Vendor Authorization Form - Qualification Review at http://www.q-biz.com/qbiz/qvendor.htm. The purpose of the Q-Biz Authorized Vendor Registration Form - Qualification Review is to assist us in determining vendor qualifications for our Q-Biz program, and terms of agreement for this service. Once submitted, the form will dynamically prepare a preliminary, non-binding agreement on the next screen. Please print the screen; and, review the agreement. If the terms are agreeable, and you have signed it, please fax it to us. If you have questions, please call Arthur Rosenfield at 212-692-0704.

When approved and signed by both parties, your company will receive vendor authorization and will be able to submit products for sale through the Q-Biz system. Q-Biz reserves the right to accept or reject any vendor solely on the basis of judgement. No claims or representations are made by Q-Biz, its agents or representatives, other than those included in a written agreement between the vendor and Q-Biz.

Products and services are presented in their appropriate context throughout the Access Business Online system. At regular intervals, certain products will be highlighted as Front Page specials on Q-Biz. Approximately 10 will be highlighted each week.

Who is likely to be a buyer of products or services through Q-Biz?

The users of Access Business Online are a broad cross section of business and professional people, entrepreneurs, executives, and webmasters from the US, Canada, and many other countries.



What does a Product/Service Fact Sheet Order Form look like


Each product or service presented in Q-Biz has its own individual Fact Sheet and Order Form containing a picture of the product, description, list of features and benefits, and order entry system.  The form also hyperlinks to a detailed specification sheet.






How do you get paid?

The Q-Biz program is flexible and permits order entry through web pages, email, fax, or telephone.  Agreements for payment will be based on each individual vendor.


How do we get paid?

Q-Biz is paid based on commision at the time payment is made and product is shipped to the buyer. Agreements for payment of commission will be based on each individual vendor and the anticipated form of transaction for each product or service.


How does the buyer get the product or service which is ordered?

Q-Biz does not take possession of any product or provide any warehouse facility.  Orders are fulfilled directly by the vendor or a local wholesale distributor.


How does the buyer order products or services?

Our system will accommodate order entry via web page, telephone, or fax.  Arrangements can be made for direct order processing to the vendor, or through Q-Biz. 


How does the buyer re-order products or services?

Once accounting and tracking systems are in place, buyers can re-order through Q-Biz to get the Q-Biz special offer; or, can order directly through the vendor by using our specially assigned "Q-Biz Distributor Number".  


What about International Buyers and Sellers

International buyers and sellers are welcome. Prices may vary based on international monetary exchange rates at the time of transaction. All transactions processed through Q-Biz must be in US Dollars.  Shipping and handling may vary based on international shipping costs.


How do we sign up our company to sell through Q-Biz?

There are two basic steps.  The first is to complete the Vendor Authorization Form at http://www.q-biz.com/qbiz/qvendor.htm.  Once the form is submitted, a non-binding agreement is prepared.  Once the agreement is signed by both parties, the vendor is authorized to submit products to Q-Biz.
