WATSU involves gentle cradling and body manipulation in 95f degree water, as well as exercises. Body temperature water is the ideal medium for freeing the body. "Taking the waters" of natural mineral springs and hot baths has been a popular all-round therapy for centuries. Some springs, such as Lourdes in France, are held sacred for their healing powers.
