Receipt of STAFFING-DIRECT 1st Business Day Alerts requires completion of MONITOR PROFILE and Membership. MONITOR PROFILES Match Candidates and Job Opportunities based on both Industry sector as well as Job Function. You can submit a Job Opportunity or a Staff Resume without full membership.

Members have control over their level of CONFIDENTIALITY and CONTACT PREFERENCE for Jobs and presentation of Candidates.

All participant who complete the registration are also asked to complete the STAFFING-DIRECT MONITOR PROFILE which helps us to match up the Candidates, Corporations, Recruiters, HR Professionals, and others involved with the staffing search. The MONITOR PROFILE Registration immediately follows the completion of the main registration in each of the five areas. You will also be offered an opportunity to simultaneously register your company in BizWiz at the conclusion of your registration.

Recruiter and HR Professional participants are defined as those people and companies who devote 100% of their business time to Executive Search and Recruiting; or, derive 100% of their income by performing intermediary functions between Staff Candidates and Corporations. A separately defined grouping is designated for all other Professional Services such as Accountants and Attorneys..

• Set up a specific Recruiters and HR Professionals Profile to describe your services.
• Network with other STAFFING-DIRECT participants to identify investment opportunities, sources of jobs / candidates, and other professionals interested in networking to extend their recruiting making abilities.
• Send and receive email alerts to Corporations and STAFF CANDIDATES who have identified your specific service as a match for their needs.
• Review TOP Job Opportunity and Staff Candidate CV Summaries to determine opportunities for your services.
• Submit Job Opportunities, Staff Candidate CV Summaries, and other profiles to be reviewed by other participants.
• Use our Directory Resources.
• Listing in STAFFING-DIRECT directory of Recruiters and HR Professionals.
• Interact with other STAFFING-DIRECT members.
• Set up Referral Agreements with other STAFFING-DIRECT members, Recruiters, HR Professionals, Intermediaries, and other Professionals.
• Present your clients' staffing career opportunity on an anonymous basis and participate in shared fees with other Recruiters and HR Professionals.
• Submit and monitor DAILY POSTINGS designed to offer RFP's for professional services and to make announcements.
• Establish a BizWiz registration.
• Establish a BizWiz EZ Commerce site.
